Every day, with great passion and thrilling enthusiasm, our commitment is to produce good quality pasta, dedicated to those who love to eat well, respecting traditional flavours. Brema is a story of success that, however, did not leave behind the pleasure of addressing to the public, meeting with housewives who, despite having less time to cook in their kitchens nowadays, try keeping the pleasures that gather the family around the table still alive. Thanks to the great variety of shapes and sizes of pasta, we are able to meet the different needs of our customers, being able to satisfy both a clientele of food specialists (from catering to large retailers and wholesalers), as well as the private consumer. All Brema pasta is produced internally, using original and quality raw materials.

The plant is also equipped with a sophisticated computerised traceability system, which provides for the encoding of all incoming goods. Therefore each phase, from the semi-finished product, is monitored and recorded, allowing you to see every stage of the production process of each item, including the thermal processing stages.
